Some One Is Waiting For Us

Yesterday our agency received an e-mail from their Russian facilitator about us:

"They are the first prospective parents on the waiting list in Bryansk. I know that they have been conditionally matched with a good baby.

But unfortunately, there are great changes in Bryansk, the reorganization of the adoption department. Starting this Monday the adoption department is closed and reorganized into a separate Adoption committee which will be responsible directly to the Governor. The reorganization supposedly will not be long. Some say it will last for a week. "

So, now there is a little someone out there waiting just for us. We'd like to believe this is a glimmer of light at the end of a very long tunnel. After many false hopes, now the news is specific and seems real. We are allowing the excitement to flow once again.

They haven't said anymore about the child (boy or girl, age), but this is enough for now. Yeah!
